Palm Beach Dermatology is excited to introduce Adam Aldahan, MD. Dr. Adam Aldahan is double board-certified in Dermatology and Mohs Micrographic Surgery. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to South Florida during high school. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami, graduating magna cum laude. He attended the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and graduated with Research Distinction. During his medical training, he also served as a clinical research fellow for one year in the Mohs department with a focus on laser science.

After an Internal Medicine internship at Florida Atlantic University, he completed his dermatology residency at the University of Minnesota. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He serves as a member of the medical staff at JFK Medical Center. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles.

Dr. Aldahan prides himself on individualizing patient care based on specific needs. He has a passion for teaching both trainees and patients alike, and he strives to translate complicated diagnoses into easily understood concepts. He has special interests in skin cancer treatment, autoimmune skin diseases, psoriasis, acne, and cosmetics.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Aldahan enjoys golfing, practicing yoga, and cooking with his family. He has a wonderful wife (who is a board-certified rheumatologist) and two sons. He is conversational in Spanish.

Dr. Gottisfeld is excited to announce his move from his previous location Palm Beach Dermatology ( Boynton Beach ) to our Palm Beach Dermatology location at 3918 Via Poinciana Drive, Lake Worth, where he joins Dr. Hunter, Dr. Aldahan and Brian Lambert, PA-C.

Dr. Ellis Gottesfeld earned his Medical Degree from State University of New York in Brooklyn. After medical school, he completed his Internal Medicine Internship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. He then completed his Dermatology Residency at Case Western Reserve University Hospitals in Cleveland. Before moving to Florida, Dr. Gottesfeld practiced dermatology for 15 years in New York City and was on the faculty at the Department of Dermatology NYU Medical Center. Dr. Gottesfeld is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, Fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery, and a member of the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Gottesfeld is experienced in the prevention, detection and treatment of skin cancer, as well as all other disorders of the skin, hair and nails and has been practicing with Palm Beach Dermatology for several years.. Ellis Gottesfeld, MD possesses over 20 years of experience in Dermatology, Cosmetic Dermatology, and Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Gottesfeld can help you with all of your skin concerns. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology. You will be seen by a Board Certified physician in our office and not an assistant.

Dr. Hunter has been practicing Dermatology in South Florida since 2008 with Dr. Charles Griff in West Palm Beach, and then Palm Beach Dermatology in Lake Worth. Prior to this, she practiced with Macaione and Papa Dermatology in Voorhees, NJ. Dr. Hunter has the distinction of being awarded Top Physician in her specialty as voted by her peers in Palm Beach County in 2018 and 2019. She is passionate about her practice, and takes pride in using her training to treat patients as individuals, taking each person’s unique situation and history into account.

We are also pleased to announce that Brian Lambert, P.A.-C, has rejoined Palm Beach Dermatology, as you might know Brian joined Dr. Arthur Smith’s office and Palm Beach Dermatology in 2003. He has very much enjoyed caring for patients at Dr. Arthur Smith’s office prior to his retirement, and his primary goal during his transition back to Palm Beach Dermatology is to maintain and enhance your health and wellness. Brian is a certified Physician Assistant and has received both his Master of Science in Public Health and his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University in 2002. Brian has been serving the community in which he resides in for over fifteen years.
